FORWARD
In 1992, I created this dictionary / Glossary
to give to those who purchased an American Slot Car Track. It
was part of a complete new raceway owners package that came along
for free with the purchase of a track. The purpose was twofold.
One, to provide an education in slot car words and terms to those
track owners who had not been involved in the sport for long,
and two, intermingle some comedy throughout the list to keep it
from becoming too boring.
To help you in looking up words, you will
find that companies which are best known by the first and last
name of an individual are listed by the first letter of the first
name.
There has been enough requests for this book
from racers all over the world for me to actually put it into
print. This is the second edition, and many new words have been
added.

now have this dictionary in it's third printing and it is available
at better raceways world wide. Many new words have been added,
bringing the total words defined to nearly 500. If you feel there
is a word or term that has been left out, call me or drop me a
note via fax, snail mail or email. I will give you credit for

As of January of 2002, I have sent this dictionary
to the printer for it's fourth printing. With the help of many
readers here on the web, the total number of definitions are well
over 600 now. The printed version has many color illustrations.
Look for it in your local raceway.
